Trustee vacancies at Caspari Foundation

Caspari Foundation is looking for committed individuals to join its Governing Council (as Trustees). We are looking for people with an understanding of the following: • voluntary sector marketing • the legislative framework for charities

Caspari Foundation is governed by a Governing Council (as trustees) who fulfil a governance and strategic role at the charity. Our current board consists of 7 trustees, who between them possess a range of skills encompassing voluntary sector management, educational psychotherapy, training provision, accountancy & financial management, policy & campaigning and local government.

During a review of governance, carried out in 2009, we discovered skills gaps in the following areas (i) legal (ii) marketing.

You are invited to apply for the role of trustee if you possess skills and experience in one or all of the above and can commit to attending Governing Council meetings which currently take place every two months during office hours (at the moment Fridays between 11am and 1pm).
