Reaching and teaching troubled children
Autumn 2010 intake Pleaces are available on our two-term Reaching & teaching troubled course beginning Autumn 2010. The course gives participants an opportunity to develop their understanding of the developmental and emotional factors which affect learning & behaviour.
Location: Caspari Foundation, London
Sometimes, through no fault of their own, children and young people can find their emotions get in the way of developing and learning. Reaching and teaching troubled children gives participants the opportunity to explore and develop their understanding of the developmental emotional factors which affect children’s learning, behaviour and confidence in school.
Reaching and teaching troubled children takes place over two terms, one evening per week and enables those taking part to develop therapeutic teaching skills in working with children with emotional behavioural and learning difficulties.
